URGENT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS TRYING TO CONTACT EDGE LONDON 

Please be aware that eDgE dEsiGn London is in no way affiliated with the company EDGE LONDON. If you have purchased something from EDGE LONDON and have failed to get a response from them about returning the item as it was not the quality you were expecting, you will have realised they have no physical address or telephone number. You likely did a seach on Google for contact information and came across mine instead. 

I have done some reseach and the company 'EDGE LONDON' is a scam. They are advertising as a London based family business that has been trading for 20 years. In fact they are a nothing of the sort. They set up their business in June 2024 and are not even based in the UK. If you have purchased from them, you have my deepest sympathy. Please check the reviews online regarding their business practices and as advised by those that have been scammed, cancel your credit card and report their practices to the authorities. 

As an artist and designer, I run my business as a sole trader and I pride myself in providing excellent customer service and unique hand crafted jewellery, artwork and greeting cards. My brand eDgE dEsiGn London is a real business that cares about customers, I have made every single item that I sell.
